Share Scheme

During December the company gave out in total 15 000 warrants (300 000 after split 20:1) in market terms to employees at Projectplace with managing position within an incentive program. The warrants are valid until the 31/12 2008. Fully use of the warrants will mean a dilution of 4,03 % and the company will have 8 715 000 SEK,
