The work of the board 2007

During 2007 the board held twelve board meetings. The board has admitted a written work procedure for the board and written CEO instruction. At the board meetings questions concerning business, financing, budget, forecasts and strategy are treated. At the end of the year the board consisted of seven members which were chosen by the general assembly.
