Members & Contacts

In People you can easily manage your resources and invite members that should have access to the project's information. You can also work with external contacts such as suppliers, clients and sub-contractors.

With Members & Contacts you can:

  • invite users via e-mail
  • send free text messages (SMS´s) and e-mails to project members and external contacts
  • manage who is an administrator in the project
  • import and export contacts from e.g. Microsoft Outlook and Netscape Navigator
  • create member groups
  • set access rights to different groups
  • print a list of selected members or contacts
