Portfolio Management

In Portfolios you get an overview of all the projects in the organisation. In this way, the management can see the status of each project, prioritise and follow-up, making sure that resources are used in the most optimal way. The project manager receives weekly requests to submit a report on the status of the project.

With the Portfolio Management you can:

  • produce a project report using parameters such as time, cost and quality
  • see these parameters in a Traffic Light System (red-amber-green) view
  • create your own parameters to suit your organisation’s needs
  • create portfolios for different areas, e.g. by department, customer or region
