Drag and Drop

Move documents and files between Projectplace and your computer by simply dragging and dropping them. Find out how to download our plug-in.

 

 

Lock Document

When you’re working with a document, you may not want anyone else to alter it at the same time. This function allows you to lock the document until you are finished with it.

 

Version Management

A simple way of keeping different versions of the same document apart. You can also record which changes have been made to each new draft.
 

 

Request Review

If you request a review of a particular document, a link to the document will be e-mailed to the relevant project members. They simply click on the link and can read, comment on and approve the document at their leisure.

 

 

Send a Link

It’s more effective to send a link rather than an entire document. The document remains in the same place and you avoid the risk of having several different versions of the same document.
