The Project portfolio gives you an overview of all your company’s projects. Every week the project leader will receive a request to report each project’s status to the portfolio. With a single click, you can compile a report with parameters such as time, cost, quality and risk, and company and project managers are able to check the status of each project in summary form. Projects are colour-coded in green, yellow or red depending on the project’s status in relation to the plan. Project and company managers can use this information to base their decisions upon when calculating how to prioritise and make the optimum use of their resources.
