Project overview
The Project overview is the starting page for every project. It works as a summary of the project where you can see instantly what’s going on. You’ll find general project information, a project description and recent messages. The project leader can also use the overview to communicate with project members.
Project web
Some projects will have external participants. They can be kept in touch via a special project site on the internet. You can publish information about the project’s aims, goals and expected results, as well as visuals of decision points, phases and status. Furthermore, documents, news and contact information for the project can be made available.
Activity reports
An awful lot can happen in a project during a single day. The Activity reports ensure that you never miss anything that’s happened. You can decide whether to receive a report every day or once a week, and the report is generated and sent automatically.
