Due to an upgrade of Netviewer´s integrated web meeting tool, one2meet, all Projectplace users now have access to virtual audio conferencing with up to six users. All participants can talk over IP phone, have video face to face meetings and share the same information on their computer screens.

Find the right mix of people. Be clear about what is expected from each project member. Involve all the members – that has a greater impact than doing detailed planning. Exceed expectations. Never send documents by e-mail. It is impossible to keep track of them, and you lose control.
