Projectplace Plug-in
To make document management easier, we are offering a plug-in: Projectplace Plug-in.
Projectplace Plug-in uses SSL-encryption file transfer which makes everything safer.
The plug-in allows you to:
- drag-and-drop files
- lock files during editing (so that no-one else can change them when you them open)
- automatically open files in the right program
- be reminded to save files to Projectplace after you have finished editing.
The first time you try to open a document, you will be asked if you wish to install Projectplace Plug-in.
We recommend Internet Explorer 6.0 (or later versions) for full functionality or Firefox 1.0 (or later versions).
Download Projectplace Plug-in for Internet Explorer
1) Start the installation by following this link: » Download Plug-in
2) In the window that opens, choose “Run” and follow the installation wizard that starts automatically. (If the alternative “Run” is not available, choose “Save” and save the file to your computer. Save it somewhere you will easily find it, for example on the desktop. When the file is saved, double-click it to start the installation wizard.)
3) Follow the instructions in the installation wizard. Projectplace Plug-in is installed on your computer when the wizard is finished. Close this window after installation.
How to Download Projectplace Plug-in for Firefox
1) Start the installation by following this link: » Download Plug-in) Click on the button "install now".
3) After installation, please restart your web browser
If you get a security warning, tick in the square “remember this decision” and choose “Allow”. The installation has now completed and you can close the window.
