Planning is the key to a successful project. In Projectplace, you can easily create a project plan with tasks and deadlines based on WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
You can also upload resources and their costs per hour to create a simple budget which facilitate time planning and resource planning. You can also choose to see the plan as a Gantt schedule (see below). It is a perfect view to print out as PDF.
Below, the project's status is shown in green. Information on the situation can be collected automatically from the persons responsible for the tasks.
Here is an overview of the project's status, abnormalities and the remaining work. You can also see who has responded to recent requests for progress and when it was sent.
