Create Your Own Project Templates

Projectplace enables you to create your own templates and if your company already has its own project templates, you can of course integrate them into Projectplace. The template can be used freely within the company, and can be updated and edited at any time. In addition to a predefined structure when starting a new project, it's also possible to attach detailed documents, such as a handbook, to the project template. 

Use Predefined Project Management Methods

Projectplace offers a number templates based on project management methods developed by leading suppliers: Prince2 and Projectbase.

Projectbase is free of charge and developed by Projectplace in cooperation with Baseline Management AB. The aim of the project template is to streamline the planning and management of projects regardless of type or size. Work processes concerning planning, staffing and monitoring of projects are directly adjusted for projects in Projectplace.
