VOICE OVER IP AT ONLINE MEETINGS
Projectplace’s web service is upgraded with audio conference within online meetings.
Due to an upgrade of Netviewer’s integrated web meeting tool, one2meet, all Projectplace users now have access to virtual audio conferencing with up to six users. All participants can talk over IP phone, have video face to face meetings and share the same information on their computer screens. The feature will roll out in the Projectplace December release.

The Projectplace release also includes a simplified getting started process for new users. A demo film and “wizard” guides the user in how to upload information and invite members to the project. The upgrade also enables all users to send 100 free text messages per month, compared to the previous 10.
Within the release Projectplace will change the subscription names to Free, Flex and FlatRate. Free, a subscription free of charge for up to three members, simplifies unlimited trial of the web tool.
